New product labelling – implementation of Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008 [CLP]

Dear customers,

As you may already know through trade publications and from other suppliers, the European Union has adopted the above new regulation for the classification, labelling and packaging of substances and mixtures. The existing Directives 67/548/EEC and 1999/45/EC for labelling of hazardous substances and mixtures with hazardous ingredients are herewith abrogated. Steelpaint will adjust the identification of its paints and paint related materials as per February 2014.
